In order for this engine—especially its road transport component—to remain sustainable, we are stepping up to train drivers who have the necessary knowledge and experience to represent both our company and our country abroad.

At ENCO, we believe that our drivers play a crucial role in representing the country and the company, and we support you, our driver candidates, with the necessary training.

The primary goal of ENCO’s Driver Academy is to create employment opportunities by offering full-time jobs and to contribute to the national economy. We invite all aspiring driver candidates to join us on this journey with the ENCO Driver Academy.

ENCO Driver Academy Has Launched!

With the aim of increasing employment and addressing the current driver shortage in the logistics sector, ENCO has opened the doors of its Driver Academy to individuals who aspire to become international truck drivers but lack prior experience or training.

Over the course of three weeks, candidates will undergo an intensive program that includes both theoretical and practical training, as well as driving techniques. Those who successfully complete the training and pass the post-training examinations will be recruited into the ENCO fleet. No fees will be requested from candidates before or after the training. From the first day of the academy, all candidates will be officially insured by ENCO.
