1. Our Quality Policy
ENCO;
- Continuously reviews, improves, and enhances all processes to fully understand and meet customer needs and expectations,
- Aims to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction,
- Closely follows and implements technological developments to reduce customer costs and increase profitability,
- Aims to continuously improve the quality level with the principle of "Continuous Training" to ensure all employees become more competent and capable within the framework of the Quality Management System,
- Develops solutions today for the future needs of its customers and makes investments accordingly,

2. Our Information Security Policy
ENCO;
- Ensures the continuity of three fundamental elements of the INFORMATION SECURITY, CYBER SECURITY, AND PRIVACY PROTECTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM in all activities,
- Confidentiality: Prevents unauthorized access to sensitive information,
- Integrity: Ensures and demonstrates the accuracy and consistency of information,
- Availability: Ensures that authorized individuals can access information when necessary,
- Deals with the security of all data, whether stored electronically, in print, verbally, or in any other format,
- Educates and raises awareness among all personnel by providing INFORMATION SECURITY, CYBER SECURITY, AND PRIVACY PROTECTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM training,
- Ensures that all actual or suspected vulnerabilities in information security are reported to the ISMS Team and investigated by the ISMS Manager,
- Prepares, maintains, and tests business continuity plans,
- Conducts periodic assessments to identify existing risks in information security and reviews action plans and monitors their implementation,
- Prevents any disputes and conflicts of interest that may arise from contracts,
- Fully meets business requirements for accessibility to information and information systems,

3. Our Environmental and Climate Policy
We prioritize our responsibility toward our planet and nature by developing innovative solutions to reduce our carbon emissions:
- Environmental Management: In 2015, we certified our compliance with the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System. (See: ENCO_2023_Sustainability)
- Waste Management: We aim to achieve zero-waste certification by 2025. We will replace 80% of our packaging materials with recycled materials. (See: ENCO_2023_Sustainability)

4. Our Innovation and Digitalization Policy
